It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like to have the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately €. 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to be returned to the entrepreneur. Although we strive to inform our customers properly, it may happen that a stated expected delivery time (Shipping & Delivery) does not meet your expectations. In that case please send us an email with our reference number. Since we have received your payment for the order, we have to process it manually and we try to do so within our opening hours.
The refund of the amount to be returned will be carried out as soon as possible. However, this is handled by a third party, and we have no influence on their disbursement speed. However, in general, the amount is refunded on the same day.
