WHAT DO YOU USE THE FOAM MEDIUM ROLLER FOR?

You can massage your muscles in depth with the help of your own body weight. The hard and profiled foam allows a deep and intense massage.

A massage helps to relax your muscles and to recover better.

HOW DO YOU USE THE FOAM ROLLER?

You use this role for a wonderful self-massage after exercise.

Schedule a self-massage just after exercise, in the evening, or even the day after. Massage each muscle group for about 5 minutes.

PRECAUTIONS

Product for adults. It often happens that athletes experience a painful feeling or bruises when using a massage roller for the first time. If the pain is very unpleasant and does not go away, see a doctor.

The bruises indicate burst small blood vessels just under the skin, don't worry, they will disappear as your body gets used to the massages.

HOW CAN I RECOVER THE BEST?

To recover optimally after exercise, you can supplement a massage with the massage roller (foam roller) with a recovery drink, a protein bar, a massage ball (ideal for loosening trigger points) or further treat your muscles with compression or electrical stimulation.
